New things

So I finally got the MAC 217 brush I've been wanting for ages!



I..love it? And it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be, so I'll be getting more when summer comes :)

I needed a new foundation as well, so I got Clinique Super Moisture Makeup in 04. Ivory
My skin is being a bitch lately (pardon my language), and my entire t-zone as well as my cheekbones are dry and flaky. Due to stress I've got some impurities and such as well, but my concealer takes care of that ;)

So this is the foundation:


I also bought a new liquid liner from Sensai seeing as I lost mine. I'll probably find it again soon, that's how fate works for me, but I'll have two then *shrug* I won't cry if it turns out that way.



Mine is ofcourse black. I didn't notice when I copied the pic over that this one seems to be brown *shrug* Doesn't matter though, the pencil itself looks the same! <3

I'm...very pleased with today to say the least. In addition to this little makeup haul, I had dinner with my mother and boyfriend, munched on shaved ice with peach and sweet cherry for dessert, and had mango and cherry ice cream on the way home as well! I'm currently trying out a new ice tea I found at Deli de Luca. White tea with guava o.O Tastes jummy!

Sorry sorry

I haven't been up to writing in this blog for a while. Things have been horrible lately, and that has no space here. This is my happy place! So.. yeah.

I'm amazingly pleased, and I bought two more pictures as well from that shoot, but they aren't edited yet, so I'm not going to post them just yet. The entire experience was very good, I got to know a photographer I've been talking to for a long time, but have never met or had a shoot with, and she seemed to enjoy the shoot as much as I did :) The makeup artist that did all the hair and makeup was awesomely sweet aswell, and very good at what she does! I went out of the studio, feeling great!


My Ajah makeup-series has been...postponed. Not forgotten completely, just...delayed. I need to sit down and figure out how I want to do them, because I want to do it justice, even though I'm just an amateur makeup junkie. But I'll figure it out.

I'm sitting down with my makeup now. Not sure what I want to do, maybe try out something shown in tutorials on YouTube. Usually I just pick up tips that suit me, but perhaps I should try copying a look this time? I haven't done much makeup lately due to my mood and other issues, so it's been a while.

The only thing I'm a bit miffed about that I want to write about here, is that I can't find my Sensai liquid eyeliner. It's rather expensive, but lovely. More like a "pen", with small containers of eyeliner you put in like an ink-thingie (sorry, what the hell is blekkpatron in english?), you push the button on the end, and out comes eyeliner. It lasts forever, I've had it for at least 6 months and I haven't run out yet! Love it! Miss it! I need to find it, can't afford a new one at the moment >.<
