Tea

One of the wonders of the world: Tea.

Personally I prefer green tea with a bit of honey in it ^^ It soothes a raw throat, makes you all warm inside. And it works wonders against anxiety, as well as cleansing your body of toxins. I drink at least two cups a day, and I love it! Sitting down intentionally to drink tea, feeling the warmness spread through my body, melting away the anxiety...that's the best feeling ever!
